Michael J. Maher – Founder of The Maher Team
Michael is the charismatic founder and senior partner of The Maher Team. He's the proven rainmaker of his team who's less concerned with financial success than he is about helping families. To date Michael and the team has helped over 400 families find a place to call home.
Education is very important to Michael. As a former teacher and after earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Baker University, Michael believes very strongly in educating the client through the real estate process. His extensive marketing background has already paid dividends in real estate and his thesis was on the emotions you go through during relocation.
Michael's hobbies include reading non-fiction, collecting Porsche models (and tinkering with his real world one), golf, playing competitive slow-pitch softball, and lifting weights.

Sheri Maher - Client Care Coordinator
Sheri's main role on the team is to serve as the main point of contact for clients AFTER they are in their new home. Just as a tree needs extra care after being uprooted and re-planted, so do clients after a move. Sheri gives each one her undivided attention after closing. Sheri is also in charge of throwing each client a housewarming party after they move into their new home.
When not satisfying clients, Sheri loves to spend time with Michael, play ball with their dog Lucky, scrapbook, work out, read, travel, and renovate older homes.

Ashley Campbell - Listing Coordinator
Ashley has many years of experience with customer service on The Maher Team. With the title of Listing Coordinator Ashley handles getting the house ready to go on the market and to a successful settlement. Some of the many duties that she is responsible for are Customer Service; Arranging Photos & Virtual tours; Agent/Buyer feedback; Contract Maintenance; Over Seeing the Inspection Process; Monitoring the Buyer's Loan and Appraisal Process. Ashley is the "go to" person from the time your home goes on the market until it is sold.

Jenae Karr - Closing Coordinator
Jenae is the hub of all the closing details for our buyers with accepted offers. Her responsibility is to make sure all the paperwork is in order, inspections are completed, and information is delivered to the proper individuals. She will be your "go to" person from the time of contract until closing. Jenae is the right arm to all of the Buyer Specialists and is there to help with any aspect of the transaction. The Closing Coordinator is the liaison between all parties and works to ensure your transaction goes smoothly and closes successfully.
When Jenae is not working, she likes to spend time with her husband and children, reading, and taking walks.

Stormy Meyer - Realtor Partner
Stormy Meyer is more than a professional real estate agent. She has been a resident and home owner in the Gardner and western Olathe area for the past eight years. Stormy and her husband of 12 years, Mark, are both very active members of the community, schools and active members of the King of Kings Lutheran Church.
Stormy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Emporia State University in 1995. Her business experience includes five years as a Customer Service Manager for Jostens Printing and Publishing in Topeka, KS. She and Mark chose to relocate back to Gardner for Mark’s job with USD 231 in 2000. Stormy immediately found success at LabOne, Inc. in Lenexa, KS. She dedicated three years to Corporate Sales and was responsible for marketing to major insurance companies.
Stormy began her career in real estate three years ago. Stormy has proven success as a Listing Partner by helping families sell for top dollar as well as helping Buyers find the perfect home. You will find she cares as much about your home and your purchase as you do. She knows that as a seller you want to sell for top dollar and her strengths are helping you do that. Shannon Cates Julian- New Construction Manager
Shannon’s passion in real estate is new construction. She has also brought onto The Maher Team her vast knowledge of organization, planning, market research, and builder and developer relationships. By partnering with The Maher Team, we now have an entire new division! Shannon oversees the new home day to day operations, hiring, contracts, marketing, and market watch for the new home subdivisions that we market. Our new home communities now include: The Woods of Mahaffie in Olathe, Victory Crest in Basehor, and Prairie Crossings in Louisburg.
When not selling real estate Shannon loves to spend time with her kids, watch Grey’s Anatomy, and travel. |

Jared Biggerstaff- Realtor Partner
The first thing that you’ll notice about Jared is his warm and inviting smile. Tiffany Focke – Director of First Impressions
Tiffany has one of the most important roles on the team. She is the first person that you will meet when you visit The Maher Team office. She is the central hub of all activity in our office, and can be seen answering all incoming calls, coordinating mailings, working with Michael to organize marketing campaigns, updating our website, or helping out any of our team members at any given time. When not working, Tiffany loves to spend time with her family and friends, cook, and travel and stay active. |

Mike began his Real Estate career in December 1984 investing 21 years in the Kansas City North market successfully closing upwards of 750 transactions in that time frame.
In September 2005 Mike accepted the position of Regional Vice-President for the Realty Executives Mid-America Region based in Leawood, KS until early 2008. While working in Leawood, Mike discovered how much he liked the Johnson County area and decided to re-establish his real estate practice in Overland Park, KS and is a licensed Broker in both Kansas & Missouri. He also found a new church home and regularly attends (C.O.R.) Church of the Resurrection in Leawood.
